Dolphin Rooms

We had a wonderful stay at Dolphin Rooms. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The room was very comfortable, the bed ensured a restful night’s sleep, Its convenient location made it easy to explore Cleethorpes. Overall, a pleasant stay — we would not hesitate to return.

There’s nothing we didn’t like.

The fact I booked the dolphin rooms and on arrival was told there were no rooms.

Very close to beach so happy

Bed you could feel all the springs. We expected to be in dolphin rooms but we're in dovedale instead. Drinks in bar were a little pricey. The mattress needs replacing. The towels were very rough on the skin not fluffy and soft. It was OK as only there for 1 night but I'd expect a better bed for the price. The tables outside were nice though it looked a nice area to sit in the sunshine.

All was good

the place was very clean, we paid for breakfast and it was very nice, the rooms were clean with a nice hot shower, and the staff were very friendly, would book again, the parking was good as well, they let us leave the car on their drive the last day so we could stay a little longer.

The room we had was a little bit small, but we had booked a different room but as we arrived early it was not ready, so they offered us the one in the hotel, and we excepted it so slightly our fault, we could have waited, if we wanted to.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We were greeted at reception by a lovely, polite, and friendly young man. He offered to show us to our room, but we declined and made our own way there. We were actually in the Dolphin Rooms, which are very well appointed and just across the road, behind the main hotel. The room was very large and smelled lovely and it was so clean. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. My wife and I slept straight through the night, a solid eight hours of blissful sleep. The bathroom was lovely, the shower was powerful and hot. The towels are soft and fluffy, and they smell great. A Full English breakfast is included in the room rate, and it was tasty, hot, and just enough to start the day. Overall, it is a great place to stay, no more than a five-minute walk from the train station. If arriving by car, there is an adjacent private car park for use by residents. My wife and I agree, it's a 10/10 from both of us. The room, the food and the staff, no down marking possible. In concluding we would like to say many thanks to the staff, very friendly and helpful at all times. They are a credit to the hotel and the owners.

Limited tv shows on the sky box, needed to pay for a lot of channels, the mattress had stains on it

Location, accessibility, heated flooring, warm cozy feeling.

A little confusing to get the key as the property is seperate to the hotel, but I wouldn't call it an issue.

Ground floor is always not preferred for me. Curtains let too much light in and did not go all the way across. Room was clean and tidy but the bed was super hard

We paid 190 pound for one night which i thought was very expensive . We came for the Armed Forces day on Saturday and had a brilliant day and night .

room was clean everything ok

cleaners took dirty towels never replaced, we stayed 3 nights I got to use same towel with my husband and don’t open the window because you can here everything from outside very noisy

Room clean spacious better than I expected , me and my daughter loved our stay , we extended for an extra night

Only flaw , no fridge . I couldn't store milk for my coffee 😅 other than that perfect
