Located just across from the pier gardens, next to library, shops, leisure centre and the seafront just a short walk away on each side. The hotel was just like the photos on the site page, clean tidy, fabulous breakfast included in price. Car park available. Everything was in walking distance.

Lovely little hotel.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, well stocked tea/coffee tray plus 2 bottles of water. Breakfast was included in price. Staff were friendly. Easy self check in. Ideal location for our needs.

Car park wasn’t easy to find. Maybe directions could be included in correspondence. As parking spaces limited maybe locations of alternative car parking could be added. However this is a minor irritation.

The only problem we had was the water didn’t reach a good temperature for a shower as we only stayed 1 night and showered before arrival it wasn’t a problem for us , if we was staying a 2nd night I would have had to raise it with the Host , our friends also had the same issue so it wasn’t just our room

The staff are helpful and friendly, and the location is great with free parking. Lovely room and shower. Great breakfast.

Hidden Gem 🏖️

Lovely hotel in a great location . Great host with a lot of local knowledge. Breakfast was brilliant and something of a social with some nice guests . Even after a night out the keypad was easy to use , nice big numbers and a sound so that was good ! Wondered what the balcony would be like in November , it was decent especially in the morning as it caught the sun . Burlington Hotel is a hidden gem of Cleethorpes . Brilliant 😍 !

Would definitely recommend 10/10 for me and such great value for money

Was a little disappointed when I first arrived as I didn't book it, so didn't realise it was 'non staffed' reception. But once I d followed the instructions to gain access etc, everything else just fell into place. The room was excellent, with everything you expected or needed. Comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. Close to pubs and restaurants. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and friendly member of staff to help.

No bar or restaurant, but this is being planned to convert one of the bedrooms into a bar etc 👍

Definitely worth it !

Lovely place, great position for seafront and town centre. Great size room, well decorated and furnished, good size bathroom, very clean and all fresh, so much better than expected Breakfast turned out to be given cooked breakfast, a very welcoming surprise and overall, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and overall cleanliness was excellent Highly recommend and will definitely book again when in the area

Fantastic accommodation

Excellent location and easy check in. Great communication regarding check in with easy to follow instructions. The room was spotless. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Had a great nights sleep, the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was great, self service with everything you could wish for. Friendly and welcoming staff. We’ll definitely be back.

Everything and more then we could have expected

Could not fault in any way 🤠 we were even lucky enough to have a room with a lovely little balcony. Bathroom was very spacious and the room was lovely. Very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant everything we could want for that price.the lovely lady who was there when we arrived was amazing and at breakfast she was still as amazing. I would highly recommend this place and would like to personally say thank you and well done ……10 /10
