About this apartment rental

You will enjoy expansive views of Puget Sound from nearly every room in this nicely furnished one bedroom apartment with approximately 900 square feet of living space. The apartment includes a queen bed, large flat screen TV with DVD player, newer stainless kitchen appliances, updated bathroom with travertine floor and natural cherry cabinets and newer HE washer and dryer. The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, pots and pans, coffee make and stove-top espresso maker. You’ll enjoy easy access to I-5, downtown Seattle, Shilshole and Golden Gardens park and Carkeek park. Parking, laundry, utilities, Cable TV including HBO & Showtime and wireless internet included in the rent. Available for longer stays.

My husband and I loved our 3 night stay at this property. Sandra was so friendly and gave us great tips on areas to see. The area is peaceful and quiet. The views of Pugent Sound are amazing. We experienced incredible sunsets with beautiful after glows until well after 10:00 p.m. There was a lovely breeze despite the 90 degree weather that weekend. The area is close to all the fun and sites that Seattle has to offer. We highly recommend!
