Ballard is charming, and the location of this basement apartment was excellent. Taking walks from here or an Uber to the train station was easy. The bedrooms of the home are good. The layout is odd, and the secondary bedroom is pretty far from the bathroom, which was not an issue for us, but might be for little kids.It was easy to check in. The hosts were very easy to reach, because they live upstairs.This is a basement apartment and the soundproofing between the floors is not what you might hope for.

Very clean, well stocked and great location. Host allowed us early check in as our flight got in earlier in the day. Super helpful! Quick responses for any questions I had.
