Perfect place for our stay, safe and friendly neighborhood. Host was communicative and helpful. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and I loved having a dedicated parking spot. Close to many great things for walking anf a quick drive to Pike Place ect. Would definitely recommend as a good place to stay.

We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights and it was the perfect place for our small family. This property is in a great location, walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants, a short drive to all the Seattle destinations. We really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was the perfect location for our Seattle stay. Ballard is a wonderful and walkable neighborhood full of shops, bakeries and incredible restaurants. We stayed 5 nights in this great spot and felt perfectly at home. On-site parking is a plus as street parking can by tricky. The home was everything we'd hoped for and exactly as described. Having Brian as our host was an added bonus as he was super quick with communication! Thanks so much! We will definitely be back!
