It’s a great place to stay! We were there to visit family, but it’s a great part of Seattle if you’re there for fun as well. Plenty nearby for restaurants, convenience stores and groceries. Parking is very nice to have. Would totally recommend in every way.

Overall outstanding hosts, facility, and neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again when in Seattle/Ballard, and would give my highest recommendation to friends and family to stay if they need a place in the future.

A group of fellow photographers were in the area for a business mastermind in the neighborhood and this was a perfect location for us. The apartment was clean and so perfect for our group of 4 adults. We could walk to downtown Ballard, Rays, and had so much fun exploring the area. Will definitely be back!
