Available for rent is this contemporary modern home with two private bedrooms and two open sleeping lofts. Each bedroom and loft has a queen bed in it. Up to eight guests can sleep here in pairs.

The apartment is the top unit of our triplex so it does not gets footfall noise. It has it own private entrance with a keyless lock and is cooled in summer, heated in winter with an HVAC system.

We are conveniently located in the heart of Ballard, near the corner of 24th Ave NW and NW 64th St. with easy access to public transportation, bus #40 and #18 stop at the corner of our block. We have many restaurants, grocery stores within walking distance. The neighborhood is famous for its nice restaurant, pubs, bar, cafes, bakeries and outdoors activities.

The rental comes with the standard amenities to start your stay that you would normally find in a hotel like: clean linens and towels, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, coffee maker, toaster, toilet paper. Please remember we are not a hotel and we do not refill these.

In the kitchen there is a gas stove with oven, full fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils, pots and pans and dinnerware set for 8.

We have a Keurig coffee maker and Italian coffee maker. There is an electric tea kettle and toaster as well.

The dining table is expandable to eight allowing your entire family to come together for dinner. Extra folding chairs are stored away in the closet near the entrance.
