Ballard is charming, and the location of this basement apartment was excellent. Taking walks from here or an Uber to the train station was easy. The bedrooms of the home are good. The layout is odd, and the secondary bedroom is pretty far from the bathroom, which was not an issue for us, but might be for little kids.It was easy to check in. The hosts were very easy to reach, because they live upstairs.This is a basement apartment and the soundproofing between the floors is not what you might hope for.

Wonderful neighborhood , easy walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants also water views. Owners were very accessible and communicative!

I loved my stay here! The area was downstairs in a beautiful house in Ballard, in a beautiful area of Seattle. The living area was very quiet, clean, maintained, and peaceful. I ADORED the layout and the fireplace! It felt just like home. The owners were also VERY helpful and friendly! There is also so much to see and great places to eat in the area. I will definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in the Seattle area anytime soon. I recommend this spot for anyone and everyone!!
