The ocean beach is only one block from this polished, four-bedroom home in Pacific City, an all-seasons beach retreat with an expansive backyard and spacious decks on both floors. This two-story home is a wonderful base for a family looking to enjoy Pacific City, with Cape Kiwanda, Pelican Brewing, and Green Acres Beach & Trail Rides all within walking distance.
After a day full of surfing and boogie boarding, you'll have an outdoor shower to rinse away the sand, a washer/dryer for your swimsuits, and a backyard firepit where you can gather for s'mores and stories. The two decks offer a beautiful spot to begin and end each day outdoors. Sip your morning coffee in an Adirondack chair, get the gas grill going for a lunchtime barbecue, and set the table upstairs for an alfresco dinner at sunset.
The interior is airy and open, with a lovely central kitchen offering stainless steel appliances, an island with bar seats, and a four-person dining nook. In the evenings, watch movies and play board games in two living rooms - one downstairs and one upstairs - before retiring to the serene bedrooms. Of the four (two upstairs, two downstairs), two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and two are adjacent to the two additional full bathrooms.
A high chair, baby gates, and a Pack 'N Play are available for your little ones as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had 4 families staying at the house and it was so nice having enough bedroom space and bathrooms for everyone. The location was amazing and everything was in walking distance. Made for a great weekend! Would highly recommend for large groups.

We stayed for 3 nights with two families, and the layout worked out perfectly! The house was great, and the check in/check out and communication was very easy. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice having the two living room areas for teens/adults.
