You'll have no trouble unwinding at this lovely, dog-friendly home in Pacific City, offering ocean views, a private hot tub, entertainment, and easy beach access to up to 12 guests.

Located conveniently close to the beach, as well as the restaurants and shops downtown, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds on this trip! Walk up the beach a short distance to Cape Kiwanda for stunning vistas. Bring the dogs, too - they're welcome for an additional nightly pet fee.

The home itself is warm and cozy, with thoughtful beach decor providing color throughout. Multiple living areas offer comfy furniture for relaxing - one with a fireplace for quiet time, and another with a flatscreen TV for watching DVDs and more (cable and free WiFi included). There are also board games and books for your pleasure. And for a little nostalgic fun, enjoy the arcade style game system with classic games like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Galaga!

Cook whatever you'd like in the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the essentials plus extras like a waffle iron, blender, mixer, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. Nine can dine together at the dining table in the center of the room, and there's also patio furniture outside.

Between two large decks, you'll have plenty of space to hang out and enjoy the ocean view. There's a gas grill for cooking and your family dog will appreciate a place for fresh air (please note a small, nightly pet fee) and a private hot tub. The beach is just across the street.

A gathering room upstairs is great for drinks and games, with a mini-fridge, raised table, futon, and fireplace (this room can be used as a bedroom if needed). A private washer/dryer allows you to take care of any laundry you may have.

There are three bedrooms in this home - two feature a queen bed with a TV and full private bath, while the last offers a two twin-over-queen bunk beds, an air hockey table, and a flatscreen TV. Up to 12 guests will sleep comfortably here, including some with limited mobility, as you'll find everything you need on the first floor.

This house is perfect for a family or group of friends - enjoy classic beach activities steps from the house, or wander to either Cape Kiwanda or Bob Straub State Park for a fun excursion and beautiful sights. Opportunities to stand-up paddleboard and kayak are possible on the Nestucca River, and a number of delicious dining options are nearby.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
