BeachHouse 3+Bed w/Private Hot Tub & Dog Friendly

Beautiful spacious 3 bedroom plus extra sleeping spaces, 2 bath, a small backyard with outdoor hot tub, fire pit and the property backs up to public open space with hiking trails, sand dunes and fantastic views. Located in Pacific City 1/2 mile to Cape Kiwanda & McPhillips beaches, close to restaurants,shopping, dory & river fishing, horseback riding and lots more. Great for family get togethers. Everything you need for a comfortable vacation rental. Come and enjoy our quaint little beach town.
The space
This is a one level ranch style home nicely laid out for your comfort. It will comfortably sleep a large party with 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds ( TWIN BUNK over FULL Bunk and a crib. Each will sleep 3 people -2 on the bottom and 1 on top bunk), 1 pak-n-play, 1 queen size sofa bed, 1 queen size cabinet bed, 1 rollaway cot, 2 couches and room for 2 or more air mattresses there is lots of room for everyone.There is a fully equipped kitchen, a nice big propane fireplace, a propane bbq for the deck, a nice new digitally controlled 6 person hot tub. We keep it at a toasty 104 temp. There is a hot & cold outdoor shower for easy sand removal.
You can bring your well behaved dog for a $30 fee ( per Pet) but you must NOT leave the dog locked in the house or chained up outside while you are away. Bring their own blanket/ bed and please keep them off the furniture. You are required to clean up immediately after them. Bring your own doggie bags and put them in the trash. Although the backyard is fenced its a good idea to keep them leashed as the public land behind the house is vast and has no borders, if they run they could easily get lost. Please make arrangement with me to add the pet fees on to your stay. Any unregistered animals will forfeit your security deposit and you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This will be strictly enforced!!!
The TV Roku with basic cable. You should be able to find a variety of programs or movies to watch. It is connected to internet so you can also connect to YOUR OWN Netflix, Hulu, YouTube or Amazon Prime if you want to use your own playlist. It’s easy to use turn the TV on and select the Roku app and search away. If you want to watch cable use the spectrum remote and select the HDMI 2 from the main Roku screen. Sign in as a guest and out at the end of your stay.Please if you change anything on the WiFi, modem then set it back to where you started.

There are board games.

Please enjoy yourselves relax, make yourselves at home but remember to treat it like your own and be respectful of our beautiful beach house and the neighborhood.
Quiet Time is at 11 pm sharp. No exceptions. PS the neighbors can hear everything outside from the hot tub so please be respectful.

We do have recording security cameras on the premises. They will be used during the checkin and checkout period. Once your complete party has checked in the cameras are turned off.
Other things to note
Please be honest about the number of guests in your party and pay for the extra people or dogs, there are additional costs for cleaning, garbage and supplies etc...You will be required to supply the names and all vehicles that will be at the property. If you are found to have unregistered guests/ dogs you will be asked to leave immediately. This will be strongly enforced. If at the last minute you would like to add more guests please let me know and I will gladly add them onto your reservation. If you are planning a party or event pre approval is required and we can make arrangements for the extra costs

Smoking allowed outside ONLY. Please remove your shoes.If you bring your Beach Toys please leave them outside in the parking area or on the deck. Please rinse off excessive sand outside and before showering or entering hot tub. There is a hot & cold outdoor shower for easy sand removal.
Do not put heavy sanded items in the washer or dryer rinse off outside first.
A cleansing shower is required before each hot tub use to remove make up, body oil & lotions. An excessively dirty hot tub will result in loss of security deposit. This will be strongly enforced.
