About this house rental
This unique open plan home has wonderful ocean views from all rooms with the exception of the laundry, master bath, and half bath. The upper story has seven large picture windows that look out on to the Pacific ocean. Whales are often seen as well as fishing boats and paragliders who launch from the cape. Deer are often seen crossing the dune between the house and ocean, along with a wide variety of birds. The hike/walk on the semi-private paths to the beach or cape is less than ten minutes, but does require hiking up and down some dunes. In the spring, summer, and fall, you will see the sun slip into the ocean at sunset.

Very comfortable beach house with everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped, the view from the deck is terrific, and the home is tastefully decorated. Communication with the host was excellent. The walk to the beach is strenuous for older folks, but there is easy access from a nearby state park. It is a three story home, so there are stairs to negotiate, but the view from the top story living, kitchen and dining area is worth it.

The house is fantastic. Very clean and nicely furnished. All three bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The view from the top deck is beautiful. We even had an eagle perch in the tree during one sunset. Be aware there are a number of stairs that could be challenging for those with mobility issues. I can’t say enough good things about Brian and his communication during booking and the check in process. A truly exceptional experience.
