This new home with an open floor concept, offering dual master suites and a 3rd bedroom featuring a queen bed and a single bed is in a quiet neighborhood.
The home is located within walking distance from Cape Kiwanda Beach and many restaurants, including The Pelican Pub, Stimulus Coffee Bakery, Doryland Pizza(takeout only) and The Meridian Restaurant and Bar.
A comfortable layout, a fully stocked kitchen, a fire pit in the front courtyard and many other amenities enables guests to enjoy casual get-togethers with family & friends, making lasting memories.
We have security cameras (for your protection and our property, as well,) located outside : one at the front door, one on the north corner of the house and one on the south corner of the garage. They will be on. The permit #851-21-000037-STVR.

This property was perfect! The kitchen was the most stocked we have seen and labeled well. Beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for a short drive to the beach.

We had a great time at this house and in Pacific City. Super clean and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with high quality amenities. Chairs and table for outdoor seating were great. Just a short walk to the beach and brewery. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at A Piece of Pacific Heaven! The house is beautiful. It was very clean and spacious and fully stocked with anything that we needed. It’s a great location, perfect for exploring the Oregon coast. I would definitely stay here again!

Really great rental! Clean, upgraded features throughout and well stocked with all the essentials. Comfortable beds and pet-friendly. Very close to restaurants and the beach.
