Sunset Avenue is a quiet, scenic street nestled between the Nestucca River and the Pacific Ocean. Stretching south from the heart of Pacific City along the beach, it leads directly into Bob Straub State Park. A gently sloping, sandy beach extends from the oceanfront homes down to the shoreline. Just off Sunset Avenue is what locals commonly call “The Boat Landing,” which features a boat ramp and is considered one of the area's best fishing spots. During certain times of the year, anglers can be seen landing impressive spring and fall Chinook salmon.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

Very responsible host, contacting us to see if everything was ok. Couch really needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable, also no windows can open and some blinds are broken. House is dated, but clean, kitchen well stocked, good location.

This home was fantastic, great location, lots of space for everyone. Really easy check in and communication with rental management company was really easy, they were very considerate and thoughtful. Enjoyed the great ocean views and access to beach and Bob Straub park.

Amazing location and great communication from property management company. Decently well stocked house (needs more shampoo/conditioner) and great beach access. While it is steep, they installed a rope and our kids loved it.We would definitely come back again!

Very easy communication with managers and they were very helpful. Pots and pans had burnt on material in them that was uncleanable. Probably a good time to just go buy some new or new used ones to replace them. Rules of the property were not clear through booking site (Vrbo) and then day of our arrival we got the rules. We rented the property so we could bring our pets and then day of our departure we find out we can only have one dog without prior approval. Even though the managers were very nice and approved our three pets, it was a bit stressful not knowing if we could even come on our vacation if the pets didn't get approved. The other rule was no dogs allowed on the couch. If you allow dogs just expect them to get on the couch, the couch wasn't even that nice. We stressed about this the whole time, luckily we had extra blankets to cover the couch and chairs. It was a great location, the sand hill with rope to access the beach should be in the listing details. It made access to the ocean difficult but not impossible. Would be a great point for the elderly to know before renting. Otherwise the house was fine. Probably would not rent it again.
