Bedroom 1 - sleeps 6 - 2 queen beds, 1 double bed
Bedroom 2 - sleeps 2 - 1 king bed
Bedroom 3 - sleeps 2 - 1 king bed
Bedroom 4 - sleeps 4 - 2 queen beds
Bedroom 5 - sleeps 4 - 2 queen beds;
2 sofas in living room - sleeps 2
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:
LINENS: Bring sheets and pillowcases (basic bedding including mattress cover, pillows, and blanket are provided, sheets and pillowcases are not).
TOWELS: Bring bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, pool towels (no towels are provided).
PAPER GOODS: Bring paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, coffee filters. Your kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, and basic cookware, but you may want to bring paper plates, plastic cups, and plastic ware.
We will provide a list of additional "what to bring" items after your booking payment is received.

We loved the location, layout… etc.. only down side was having to bring all our linens, towels, etc with us.
