About this house rental
The Lazy Frio is an amazing home with large oak trees and on the banks of the Frio River. This home offers sleeping for 22 people with five bedrooms, five and a half baths and a small loft perfect for kids. It has an open concept kitchen with all the amenities you would need for cooking. The kitchen is open to the living room that looks out to a beautiful outdoor area with a covered porch, seating under the large oaks and a fire pit. Lazy Frio sits in the gated subdivision of Comanche Crossing so you never have to worry about crowds along the banks.

The house worked perfect. Each bedroom having its on bathroom was a God-send when you have a lot of people. The location near the Frío River was wonderful. It wasn’t close enough to worry about little ones playing outside unattended, yet close enough for a short walk to the water. The dishwasher was the only thing that gave us trouble due to the door not wanting to stay shut.

We had a great time staying at the Lazy Frio! The river is right outside and so relaxing! The outside had plenty of chairs and a fire pit to enjoy. The house is always clean and well equipped for cooking meals. Plenty of space , and the upstairs is perfect for kids. Management is just a phonecall away and always responds promptly. We have stayed there many times and will keep coming back!
