About this house rental
The Lazy Frio is an amazing home with large oak trees and on the banks of the Frio River. This home offers sleeping for 22 people with five bedrooms, five and a half baths and a small loft perfect for kids. It has an open concept kitchen with all the amenities you would need for cooking. The kitchen is open to the living room that looks out to a beautiful outdoor area with a covered porch, seating under the large oaks and a fire pit. Lazy Frio sits in the gated subdivision of Comanche Crossing so you never have to worry about crowds along the banks.

We had a great time staying at the Lazy Frio! The river is right outside and so relaxing! The outside had plenty of chairs and a fire pit to enjoy. The house is always clean and well equipped for cooking meals. Plenty of space , and the upstairs is perfect for kids. Management is just a phonecall away and always responds promptly. We have stayed there many times and will keep coming back!

Another great time on the Frio! Kids and grownups all had so much fun in the river! And since it was off-season it was very quiet and peaceful. The house is always clean and comfortable. The staff is always available and helpful. We are already planning next year's visit!

It was amazing! The house was perfect! Each bedroom w/bath was perfect for privacy! And the loft w/bath upstairs was awesome. Plenty of room fie everyone! The eating areas were very roomy! We loved it!!
