RUSTIC TAVERN is a 4 bedroom home with 4 ½ baths – each bedroom includes a full bath and private entry with individual heating and cooling for your convenience! RUSTIC TAVERN is a great Hill Country home that sleeps 22 in beds! Come and enjoy with your family and friends! Features include beach entry swimming pool, outdoor cabana, safety fence surrounding the pool and deck area, outdoor fire pit, BBQ, horseshoes, spacious outdoor courtyard area, and picnic tables. Also for your family and friends to enjoy, volleyball, horseshoes, and playset. The design and layout of the outdoor space is perfect for your BBQ and entertaining. The large living and kitchen area has flat screen TV, DVD, bar area, indoor fireplace, and surround sound stereo. All the conveniences of home can be found at RUSTIC TAVERN. There is an additional eating/serving bar in the kitchen with extra seating. The home is located just minutes from the Club at Concan and golf course, the House Pasture Restaurant concert venue, and the clear waters of the Frio River. To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Bedroom 2 — sleeps 6 – 1 queen; 1 queen/queen bunk bed
Bedroom 3 — sleeps 6 1 queen; 1 queen/queen bunk bed
Bedroom 4 — sleeps 6 – 1 queen; 1 queen/queen bunk bed


What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:
