I have been reserving this house for the past four years and others before that through frio River vacation rentals. A few years back a big window was broke and I wasn’t informed about it. It was just taped and the safer of my guest was questionable. This year the main complaint was the pool light was out and I was not informed about it. Swimming in the pool is one of the main activities the kids love to do at night. Without the pool light it made it not enjoyable. So the four nights without a pool light it was always an issue. One other thing we could not watch TV in the living room because the remote didn’t work or the wrong one was on the couch end table. We tried all the other room’s remotes but just couldn’t get it to work. So couldn’t watch TV in the main living area the whole stay.
