Brand new home with a pool in the Hearstone subdivision. Seven bedrooms, seven and a half baths. This home will accommodate up to 33 guests. Has an outdoor entertainment area with an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, and a wood/charcoal grill. Outdoor TV and speakers for streaming music. An outdoor fire pit for toasting s'mores. Stay at this unique home for a time you will cherish forever.

CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dish washing, laundry, and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

This house is absolutely beautiful and the REAL fire hydrant shooting water into the pool was awesome. I loved that there were three primary bedrooms with king size beds. It was also nice having three refrigerators (2 inside and 1 in the garage). The outside speakers were great, too. And the artificial grass was nice and soft for us to sit on and play with the one year old. We also liked the texture on the porch floor; it made it so easy to move the chairs. Loved the cubbies in all the rooms for luggage (very smart, wish all the houses had this addition). Only complaint was that the outdoor grill was not cleaned (was EXTREMELY dirty and full of grease). Definitely recommend QA checking houses after being cleaned by housekeeping. This has been my favorite house in Heartsone! Thank you to the firefighters for your service!

We are Frio vacation guests for over 10 years and the homes keep getting better.But the Frio Firehouse is at the top of list with awesome home floor plan and design including plenty of parking.God bless our firefighters and first responders.
