Peak Rate – May 15th – September 15th $950
(3 night Minimum)
Non-peak March 1st - May 14th $750
(2 night minimum, excluding holidays)
Winter Rate September 16th – February 28th $650

All holidays, including spring break will be charged at peak rate.
Step into Tejas, located in the private gated Heartstone Subdivision with two river access
points. The home, built in 2024, provides six-bedrooms and six-and-a-half-bathrooms.
Tejas’ Outdoor Features:
* The home backs up to the cliffs of Concan, so you are sure to peacefully enjoy the
backyard oasis in your own privacy.
* Outdoor kitchen equipped with a third refrigerator, a built-in propane griddle, a 20"x
40" Double Lid Smoker with a Firebox, and a 20" x 40" Single Lid Grill
* Private pool, with hot tub and a built-in firepit
* Outdoor TV, with Direct TV so you can watch your favorite sporting events while
grilling
* Children's Outdoor Playset
* Guest garage provided for tubes, golfcarts, and more.
Tejas’ Indoor Features:
* Indoor kitchen featuring two ovens, two microwaves, two refrigerators, expansive
kitchen storage closet, and a separate bar for guests to prepare their coffees in the
morning and cocktails in the evening
* Large dining table that seats 10 and a second table ideal for card games that seats 6
* Every bedroom is equipped with it’s own private bathroom and smart TV, including
Direct TV
* One bathroom has a bathtub and all bathrooms equipped with heaters.

What to Bring:
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases (pillows and bedspreads are provided) (see below

TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dish washing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

One of the BEST houses we've stayed at! Since we have such a large group it was great to have three refrigerators :) Staying at this home was so relaxing with the amazing backyard view. Our group has never stayed a the same house before but definately going to stay at Tejas again! Not one complaint.

Our stay at the Tejas home was remarkable clean and spacious. With our grandchildren - the pool was a must! 😎 The home was spacious enough to accommodate our family. We are definitely reserving this home next year. Everyone did not want to leave this beautiful house and subdivision. The staff, Cheyenne, was very helpful & professional with any questions.
