We had an amazing stay at Meliá Casa Maya and would absolutely come back. This resort is perfect for families. The water park was a huge highlight—our kids spent hours there every day and never got bored. There were also tons of activities geared toward kids, which made the whole trip easy and fun for everyone.
We stayed in a two-bedroom Level suite, and it exceeded expectations. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a family to spread out and relax. Having the extra room made a big difference in enjoying our stay.
Another standout was the service—food and drink delivery right to our lounge chairs was excellent and made relaxing by the pool effortless. There were always plenty of lounge chairs available too, which is a big plus and something not every resort gets right.
Overall, this resort delivered exactly what we were looking for: a stress-free, family-friendly vacation with great amenities. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with kids

Room, hotel common areas, beach, restaurants, amenities were all great especially at "the level" service upgrade. My son and I had no problem at any of the restaurants, my wife had a bit of a problem as she is gluten and dairy free and doesn't eat meat except for fish. I would recommend this property!
