Was travelling From Aug 30 to Sept 3, visited 3 states, rented 4 different hotel rooms, Experience here was not the best to say the least, Booked the hotel at 2:30 am for same day check in, check in late at around 7pm, Girl in reception was not accommodating at all, Im having some health issues and booked a that doesn't have a tub so it's not hard for me to shower, paid for it a little more but what the heck I don't want a tub, Girl said they reserve the room for people in Wheelchair, I apologize I didn't really think about it when I booked at 2am I told her my health issues but I told her multiple times she can transfer is to a regular room even if I paid for it already since I felt she was scolding me for being stupid and booking that room, in the end thou she still gave the same rm, I thought that was it but nope, she had more to ask, I was asked for an ID an I presented my passport, was asked for a US address, gave our home address in OK, felt she wasn't believing me thou coz and then she asked "Who's Address/Home is this?" When I asked her why she ask, I was told "because You have a Philippine passport" in not so nice tone, I Told her mine and my husbands, we are just traveling seeing friends, she asked for my husbands ID even thou the booking was under my name, so I showed his Drivers License, I didn't know booking a rm is harder than the immigration. Apparently they require a US address when checking in, So if your a tourist that doesn't have an address in the US book at a different hotel, they're deposit is also higher than Hilton (we just book at Hilton prior to going here so just a comparison) so just a heads up. the deposit by the way is for incidentals which the lady taught me all about maybe I look like I don't know it, According to her 'to be sure you didn't smoke in the Room", I don't smoke, never did that's why I booked a non smoking room but I guess she didn't believe that too. We plan on sleeping early that night but because I was so upset I cried in the room feeling like i didn't deserve to be there with all that was said to me. I needed to leave the hotel and stay out until we can't no more, Anyways that's my review and this will be my reminder never to book here ever again.
