Contemporary 5-room villa located in a haven of peace surrounded by olive and palm trees with a large swimming pool of 40 m2 on a plot of 1000 m2 without any opposite, South West exposure. To take full advantage of the outdoors, you benefit from an outdoor kitchen with fridge, and a large barbecue. You will also take advantage of the sunshine all day long, magnificent sunsets and the intense white LED lighting of the entire swimming pool for swimming in the evening. For more security, you have the possibility of putting the protective barrier all around the swimming pool for small children. You have at your disposal outside a shower and a WC.
