Nice and warm apartment on the ground floor of villa of 140 m² with 5 rooms on 2 levels with access and private garden.
(an apartment is on the top floor of the house with independent access without access to the pool or the garden)
Ideally located in the heart of the Côte d'Azur (between Nice and Cannes, 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes on foot from the Polygone Riviera, 5km from the sea), on the heights of Cagnes-sur-Mer, in a very calm environment. Ideal for a stay with family or friends.
You will find on the upper level:
- an equipped kitchen (dishwasher)
- a large living-dining room with reversible air conditioning
- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- one bedroom with sofa bed (140 * 190, comfortable mattress)
- a bathroom with bath, 2 sinks and WC
- one bedroom with single bed 80 * 190 convertible into double bed 160 * 190
At the lower level:
- a bedroom with 2 bunk beds
- a bedroom with a double bed (160 * 200, new high quality bedding)
- a bathroom with bath, sink and WC
Outside: (exclusive use of the tenant)
- secure private parking for 3 cars.
- 2 large terraces, one with a clear view of the hills and Saint Paul de Vence
- Garden of 700 m2 + swings and trampoline
- Swimming pool under construction of 4 * 8 m to replace the above-ground tubular swimming pool installed on request so far
- Gas and charcoal barbecue
