A thoroughly enjoyable holiday in perfect surroundings.

We were met on arrival by a gentleman with the door keys who explained the access. The villa was very spacious with all amenities you need. The garden and pool area were perfect , very clean with lots of seating areas to relax in. It was in a very quiet area , peaceful and relaxing. There was a large shopping area within a 10 minute walk so everything you needed was on hand. It was only 20 mins to Nice and a train ride to Monte Carlo, what more could you want!

Unique stay at Cote d'Azure

The pool is amazing, we really enjoyed it! It's really big, and the poolside is spacious with many sun loungers, big sun umbrella and comfortable patio furniture. The neighbours are separated/view blocked, you have privacy at the poolside. The house is great, with spacious rooms. All kitchen utensils and amenities were provided, enough towels. Everything nice and clean. We appreciated the coffee capsules, salt, spices, toilet paper, paper towels, washing utensils, candles, kitchen towels. Ventillators for each room were provided. Also UV light mosquito repellents. Huge, comfy sofa inside, you can even fall asleep on it. Perfect location, 10 mins drive to the seaside, 5 minutes to the shops and bakery. A big mall (Shopping Promenade) is just a few corners away. Panoramic view over the village and the hills. Very friendly and responsive owner. Nice, big gas grill on the patio. We had a wonderful stay as a family of four, thank you! We can highly recommend this accommodation!

Middle August there were lots of mosquitos, especially in the morning and evening hours. You have to pay attention to keeping the window nets down and closing doors. We used various repellents, spray, diffusor, ultrasound, spiral burner and candle. Still, be prepared to get some bites... During our stay the weather was very hot, around 33 C. Since there's no AC the house gets warm, especially upstairs. Sleeping upstairs was not pleasant anymore, even with open windows, so the kids moved downstairs. Otherwise everything really great! This house offers you a unique stay!

A neglected home that ruined our chance to relax—regretful from start to finish.

This stay was a major disappointment for us. We’re giving it one point for the great location and another for the interior decor—but that’s where the positives end.

We had been looking forward to a comfortable place where our kids could enjoy the pool while we relaxed and got some work done. Unfortunately, the reality couldn’t have been further from that. The house seems like it may have once been a lovely family home, but it’s now been completely neglected. It was dirty and dusty throughout—from the bathrooms to the kitchen to the air vents. It was deeply uncomfortable. Only a few window screens worked, and even those were clipped on one side only. The upstairs area was so hot and stuffy that we ended up only using the main floor. There was even a glass balcony door that didn’t lock—thankfully the shutters were functional, or it would’ve felt like leaving our belongings completely unprotected. Every time we left the house, we were genuinely worried about what we’d come back to. It felt as though a family once lived here, locked the door one day, and didn’t return until the day we arrived. The oddest part? We had booked months in advance. To make things worse, we found ourselves dealing with an ant infestation. After some digging, we discovered the source: old chips under the couch. We hadn’t even brought chips with us. We seriously considered booking another place or cutting our trip short and heading home. In the end, we decided to stay, knowing we wouldn’t get refunded. But we spent as little time in the house as possible. Needless to say, we didn’t get to relax at all, and we deeply regret choosing this place. It’s one of those experiences that really shakes your trust in platforms like Airbnb.

Exceptional

We were greeted by a very helpful English speaking man, as we arrived very late as stuck in traffic because of accident. Our boys loved the swimming pool. The place was very well equipped with everything we needed and a good location for exploring the area. A short walk to the local shops to get bread etc. Overall we really loved our stay and didn't want to leave!

Top location, easy to reach everywhere in the region by car. Wonderful surroundings. Big mall with shops and restaurants nearby in 15 min walk. The house has absolutely everything to make the stay confortable. Highly recommended.

Great place for a quiet retreat

The house is really nice, we were able to find everything one would need to cook, do a barbeque or enjoy the great pool. The house is located in a very quiet area, which we were extremely happy with. You have the supermarkets quite close, walking distance, so easy access to anything that you need or you can have it delivered to the gate. All in all, we spent about 6 great days, working remotely, hanging out by the pool and exploring the surroundings.

if the garden would have had a little bit more love (e.g. some plants died), the ambiance outside would have been more pleasant. Its a great place to hang out anyway though

We'll be back!

It's a beautiful house. The pool is big and there is enough space for 2 families to spend a whole day at the pool. The garden is beautifully landscaped and a large outdoor dining table completes the feel-good package. Additionally, there is a very nice gas barbecue, so we actually ate seafood and other specialities of the Cote d'Azur every day.

It's nobody's fault, but the mosquitoes are a plague. Maybe one or two mosquito nets for the windows and doors would be helpful. Everything else that helps against these moslitos should be used.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in perfekter Lage zu Nizza, trotzdem ruhig und schön gelegen.

Tolle Lage: nahe Nizza und nahe diverser Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, trotzdem ruhig und nahe der Natur. Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr gut, der Grill ist perfekt. Es ist schöner als auf den Fotos, was meistens andersherum ist. Die Nachbarin, die in einigen Kommentaren genannt wurde, haben wir gar nicht erlebt.

Ein Raum ist nur durch eine dünne Schiebetür vom Rest getrennt, so dass man eine geringere Privatsphäre hat.

Къщата е много хубава. На 2 етажа с по две спални на етаж. За две семейства е чудесна. Има басейн и градина с барбекю. Домакините са много любезни и съдействат, ако има проблеми. Те се решават своевременно и бързо. Има гараж за три коли, което е много удобно. В кухнята има всичко необходимо за готвене. Ница е на 30 минути с кола. Препоръчвам мястото за една приятна и спокойна почивка.

Не работи абсорбатора в кухнята и хигиената на баните може да бъде по-добра.

Месторасположение виллы, хорошо оборудованная кухня, отличный бассейн, приветливый и пунктуальный Тьерри.
