Great stay would recommend.
It is very modern and clean. The showers are excellent. There are towel heaters in all of the bathrooms. The table tennis table was new/clean and there were bats in the storage box. There is a pétanque court and balls. The check in process and communication was excellent. The terrace is stunning. It's also rain proof and provides shade for the terrace for most of the day but allows sunlight in about 6pm til sunset. The house is totally west facing so you get the most beautiful sunsets at the table looking out at the view of vence/St Paul de Vence.
There could have been one or two more parasols. It was very very hot during the day and they would have allowed more time/space out in the beautiful space by the pool.
