Main villa 6 people, comfortable, wooden terrace of 150 m², wooded and fenced plot of 4500 m², large semi-buried trampoline.
10 x 5 heated swimming pool and children's bath. Private parking. Facing south and very quiet.

"Le Bastidou" accommodates 6 people, is located on the heights of Cagnes sur mer, 2 steps from the city center, 5 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from Nice.
The place is residential, the land has an area of 4500 m².
A very large private parking lot is located in front of the house, protected by an automatic gate. The linen is provided.
The garden is large and it is a little paradise for children: swing, small house and large semi-buried trampoline.
It is planted with trees: olive trees, mimosas, apricot trees, peaches, vines, lavender ... and has a pretty sea and mountain view.
The swimming pool (10 by 5) is private. The small basin has massaging nozzles and for cleaning we have an automatic robot.
A pool house houses the pool equipment and equipment.
