About this house rental

The 170m² house is in a gated estate of 14 houses, 300m from Biot village. Modern in architecture, it is set in a 1000m² garden with vegetable and fruit trees.

The private swimming pool (8x4m) is deep enough for diving and can be secured with barriers on request.


The house has 4 bedrooms with double beds (2 beds 160x200 and 2 beds 140x200), 3 bathrooms, a terrace with barbecue, ...
