    Here’s a polished version that keeps your original meaning and friendly tone: Polished Review The place was good, clean, and convenient for us to travel around Penang. However, regarding the check-out time, the electricity was automatically shut off at 10:00 a.m., before the actual check-out time. We were shocked at that time because we were getting ready to check out before 12:00 p.m. At first, we thought there had suddenly been a blackout, but it turned out that the electricity was automatically shut off by the system at 10:00 a.m., as explained by the receptionist. As a suggestion for future improvement, we feel that shutting off the electricity 15 minutes before the actual check-out time as a reminder would be more appropriate and understandable for customers. Overall, it was still a convenient and pleasant place to stay. 😁

    Lift broken for 2 days. They didn't reply. Parking really limited. Not clean as mentioned. Just can stay if u not get any hotel.
