WTC Hotel Kuala Lumpur - Formerly Leo Palace Hotel Classic Wing

Booked and paid for a room for 2 adults and 1 child. Booking clearly showed that the room is booked for 3 people including a 5 yr old. When I arrived the guy at the reception handed me the keycard to a room which was disgusting, way smaller than the one shown in pictures. Was so small that our 2 luggage bags won't even fit inside the room. The bed was so small that it seemed to be made for a goblin. No way it could fit 3 of us. I rushed down to the reception and politely asked that this isn't the room I booked. The guy insisted that this is what I booked. Upon asking for upgrade i was told they are sold out for the night, i asked him to give us one extra pillow and blanket so that we could survive a night. Surprisingly, the hotel management doesn't have a single extra pillow or blanket. Which i couldn't believe. I went back to my tiny, dirty prison cell, where my luggage was placed on to the bed and we were standing besides the bed because only that's how we all, along with our bags could fit in the room. Frustrated, i opened agoda to book another hotel and check out from this cell right away. I found out that this same hotel showing available rooms listings, I head back to the reception again to confront after which they agreed to upgrade our room at 60RM extra charges. I have no idea why the staff lied about having a vacant room even though i told him that i am willing to pay whatever the extra charges are. Worst experience ever

For my booking is excellent, but when I to continue booking for next day staying at Agoda the price will be highest at the apps for booking here, the service is perfunctory for this hotel. Give hotel staying will rating is very normal for stay at here, about the facilities in hotel is ok, looking location is nearest to anywhere to going use the transportation with LRT and Grab.
