    The bathroom had no door & was dirty with stains on the floor Pillows very thin TV not functional The hotel is bribing guests to leave a positive review, offering them a free mug if they do. Dont be fooled.

    Very Disappointing Stay The stay was quite disappointing. The air conditioner was not cold at all, and the TV could not be turned on. The bathroom was also not properly clean. The receptionist service needs improvement as well. Please have staff who can communicate well in both English and Malay, as communication was difficult. The response was also very slow when we requested assistance. Overall, the service and room condition need significant improvement. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously.
