    Hotel ni dekat ngn sunway putra mall, ok la. cume the surrounding tu tak vibe sgt. bilik ok. toilet besar. ada floor yang masih under renovation.

    Firstly the cleaning staff were exceptional. Reception and maintenance really poor. The manager no where to be seen Lifts broke daily. Flood in bathroom. No water for 2 days . Could not move room as was full. No hot water for 5 days . The manager avoided me throughout my stay. Reception staff were so inexperienced. Could not resolve any issues. And manager no where to be seen. It has the makings of a decent hotel but managed very badly. In KL you definitely can get better for your money

    Advertised with features it simply does not have, Dynasty Hotel by ibilik @ Kuala Lumpur offers a highly mediocre and frustrating experience. I specifically moved to this property based on an Agoda listing claiming there was a pool, only to find out upon arrival that this was entirely false. The issues began immediately at check-in. The staff tried to hold me liable for the entire stay upfront, citing a policy to force payment before I could even validate their offerings. Once I finally got the key and headed up, it became clear why they wanted the money first. • Active Renovations: A majority of the floors were completely inaccessible due to ongoing construction work. • Incomplete Room: Even the room I was assigned was right in the middle of being renovated. • Lack of Quality: The space looked totally incomplete. It felt like a cheap rental property that had just been quickly cleaned out for the next tenant, rather than a proper hotel room ready for a paying guest. When I reported that nothing was up to scratch, management simply tried to cite their rigid, unfair policies to avoid accountability. I cannot recommend staying here until they finish their construction and fix their misleading listings.

    I believe there is still room for improvement, particularly in housekeeping and room cleanliness. We checked in late, but the room initially assigned to us was not clean. We were then given another room, only to find that the toilet bowl was very dirty and an old towel had been left behind by a previous guest. The elevator was also quite slow, which made getting around inconvenient. Additionally, the parking fee was RM8. Overall, the experience could have been much better if greater attention had been given to housekeeping and room cleanliness. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve the cleanliness standards to provide guests with a more comfortable stay. No wifi..
