    Toilet smelly even the staff bring spray.. The sofa is until floor no leg... No laundry detergent 2 switch cannot use..the Wall abit dirty.. No mineral water n tissue paper.. Ned to ask the WhatsApp the staff.. For 1 or 2 day ok LA.. But not recermand for old ppl.. The sofa there cannot seat... Location very good.. Morning will smell some smoke outside.. Cos this is corner lot.. The some smell was in the room...

    Bg sy semua ok sebab pernah stay kt sini sbb tu repeat lg tp slh pilih pulak... So sape nk tempah Chambers KL pastikan yg ada parking. Mula terkejut juga bila cakap self parking sbb seblum ni pernah tempah dgn agoda ada parking. Means company ni lain.. Please state no parking so that yg tempah akan aware ni xde parking. Parking tu pulak kene hati² kalau depan hotel tu mau kene Pau dengan pengutip parking. Parking berbayar dkat blkg hotel tu pon Mahal... Ya ampun..jadi kene beware la ngn harga yg murah. Ade yg kurang rupanya dan itu adalah parking. So no parking. View dr balkoni blk cantik.

    The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory. However, the overall condition of the room and its facilities requires significant improvement. The mattress was sagging and appeared to be supported with bundled bedsheets placed underneath it. The fan was not functioning, the microwave was faulty, and several pieces of furniture were damaged. In addition, the curtain was partially detached. No clothes hangers were provided in the room, which was inconvenient. The towels supplied also had visible stains and should be replaced to maintain proper hygiene standards. I would recommend that the management improve the maintenance of the rooms and repair or replace the damaged items and facilities to ensure a more comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.
