I knew I was under good hands as AC Hotel is under the Bonvoy group. I checked in close to midnight and the front desk person was energized, friendly and helpful. Room was clean as expected. Though, bedding and pillows were uncomfortable, but bearable. But this might be a personal preference. I would still recommend AC Hotel giving its cleanliness, service and brand.

Staff - reception, restaurant, and housekeeping - were friendly and attentive. The hotel has a simple gym and an outdoor swimming pool. Everything was clean, neat, and tidy.
