    Thank you so much for your kind message. We had a truly wonderful stay at Majestic Residence from 30th December to 2nd January. It was a beautiful and relaxing 4 days for us as a husband and wife. The cleanliness, comfort, and peaceful environment made our stay very special. Before coming here, we stayed at Quill Residence and unfortunately had a bad experience due to hygiene issues. Because of that, we were a bit worried—but Majestic Residence exceeded our expectations completely. We were very satisfied and felt comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you to you and your team for the great hospitality. We would be happy to stay with you again in the future. Warm regards,

    Nice View, love to stay here. In sya allah will repeat if plan to KL. Price worth it. Night time just order from grab shawarma damacus n enjoy stay while watching movie. Morning time enjoy swimming with KLCC view

    The apartment was great, but the communication spoilt my experience. I was not told that cash payment was expected. This meant that just before I arrived I had to go looking for an ATM which charged me for withdrawing money. It was stressful, it cost me and it delayed my arrival which was disappointing. Then, the smoke alarm was beeping, due to low battery and they wanted me to climb up and remove the battery. They said they would send someone the next day but no one came. On departure day I had to go out to sort an issue with my phone, I was delayed getting back and arrived 6 mins after the departure time and was unable to access the apartment. My passport and clothes were all inside. Other than that, the location was pretty good and an ok place to stay. The kitchen worktops had marks on them, looked like they hadn’t been wiped.
