The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Rooftop has a good view of city and Petronas towers.
It would be great if pool was open till 9-10 pm. We cant use the pool after 7pm but we arrive at the hotel late because we hang around in the city.

Stayed here for my birthday getaway and had such a lovely experience. From check-in until check-out, the staff were warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Reyhan for the smooth and professional check-in.
The room was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view. Everything we needed was provided and we especially loved the body wash and shampoo. The complimentary birthday cake waiting in the room was such a sweet surprise and really made my day!
Breakfast was delicious and a special thanks to Ms. Sofea for stopping by our table to check on us. All the staff were incredibly kind and their genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable ☺️✨
The only minor issue was that the sink drained a little slowly, but it wasn’t a big deal.

The location suits me for this particular trip. Food is easy to get around here. Check-in was easy and fast. The hotel was clean in general. The room was okay but just to mention, especially the bedsheets, pillowcases and towels were very clean and made our stay comfortable.
I booked for two adults and a 9 year old child. However, unlike previous experiences here, there was no sofa in the room. Only two towels were provided. The carpet in the room is old and looks unpleasant or should I say quite soiled. What a contrast to the very clean linen. The bed - high time to change the mattress.
