On the second day of my stay, a short circuit caused a complete electrical failure in my room, and I had to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, in the new room, the bathroom light stopped working. I reported the problem to the reception, but I had to spend three days without any lighting in the bathroom. The light was finally replaced only the day before my departure. Another major issue is that the reception staff seem to have very little knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services. When I asked whether the hotel could store guests' luggage, the answer was simply, "We don't know." This is unacceptable for hotel reception staff, who should be able to provide basic information and assistance to their guests. Overall, the maintenance service was poor, the response to problems was far too slow, and the staff were unable to provide clear information about the hotel's services. I do not recommend this hotel.
