The location is convenient, with plenty of nearby establishments and fast-food chains, making it easy to find food and other necessities. However, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and not suitable for remote work or video calls, so don’t expect a stable internet connection if you need to work during your stay.

The room is spacious. Need to add cool light so the room will not be dimmed. The warm lights and a cool light in the vanity is not enough for a big room.

Overall our stay is good, the staff that accomodate us is nice from the reception to the guard, the breakfast is good also, If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel around manila I will recommend this hotel but don’t expect too much, the hotel and room is a little bit old but for us it’s ok we sleep comfortable, if you’re a picky person I don’t recommend this to you.. if we stay again in manila i will definitely come back here..

The room was quite dark. While I believe the linens had been washed, they still had visible stains, which did not inspire confidence in their cleanliness. The couch also had noticeable stains, making me hesitant to use it. Although a clothes iron was provided, its soleplate appeared to have been repaired and was no longer flat. Instead of removing wrinkles, it left marks on my clothes. The shower’s water temperature control was also not functioning properly, making it difficult to regulate the water temperature. Basic amenities were lacking. There was no complimentary liquid soap, shampoo, or bottled water. There was also no electrical outlet beside the bed, which was inconvenient for charging devices overnight. Soundproofing was another issue. Conversations from the adjacent rooms and even from the rooms across the hallway could be clearly heard. If your neighbors happen to be noisy, expect little privacy or quiet. Most disappointingly, the room I received was not the same room type I had selected and booked through Agoda. The pictures uploaded in the Agoda app are very much different with how the hotel rooms and facilities look in reality. Under normal circumstances, I would have raised the issue. However, I arrived after 9:00 PM completely exhausted from work, had to leave again at 5:00 AM for an event, and only returned shortly before checkout at around 11:30 AM. I simply did not have the energy to request a room change or file a complaint during my stay. I just dealt with the issues. I have stayed in smaller, more modest, and less expensive hotels and inns that provided a far better guest experience. Unfortunately, this is the first time I have encountered a stay with this many issues. Considering that the PHP 1,700 price is already discounted, meaning it could cost higher under normal circumstances, that price in other more modest hotels will give you a better experience. I will not recommend to others especially to my friends, and I will never book again in this inn. If I could, I will even request for a refund—will settle for half the total price.
