Clean and spacious for a single bedroom apartment with a good outlook and close to the Olympic park and supermarkets.

Getting into the apartment involves several combination locks and a transponder key (which costs lots of euros if you lose it or get locked out) - this process could be made much easier (as per other places). No oven.

Easy access to public transport, within minutes of walking without the need to struggle with slow traffic and high parking fees in downtown. Hosts are friendly and supportive

Housekeeping can definitely be better as I find balls of dust/dirt beside the side table as well as stained bedsheets. The sofa is a turn off with skin shredding literally off the entire sofa ( please replace it or put a set of cover on it). we didn't even want to sit on it as it will stick on our pants.

The location was both a plus and a minus, but I knew that, and I got what I wanted. Our purpose was to tour the old town, so we were an hour's walk away, but we were also on the bus/tram line that put us 20 min away. Safety and quietness were more important than convenience. The apartment space was a luxury. We didn't fully take advantage of the accommodations, but they were there. Before travelling, the staff here was the best at communicating over my other 11 stays.

The location is very good, and the manager was very responsive, even during the bank holiday when we experienced issues, which was very positive. The flat itself is excellent , spacious, well organised, and equipped with everything we needed and good and functional decoration. The check-in process was stress-free and very well arranged. Overall, it is a very good flat and we had a positive stay.

The floor was not properly cleaned when we arrived, and the Wi-Fi instructions were unclear. We initially connected to one of the Wi-Fi networks listed in the pamphlet, but we were unable to receive emails or make WhatsApp calls. Because it was a bank holiday, it took quite a while to receive any technical support. When we finally received a response, we were told that we had been using the wrong Wi-Fi network. However, the welcome pamphlet did not specify this clearly. When I raised this issue, I was told that customers are “always informed” about the correct network, but not only did it take half of our stay to get a response, we were never informed about this at any point, even after escalating the issue. I later tried another Wi-Fi network listed, but still experienced problems. At that stage, I chose not to escalate further as our stay was almost over.
