    Perhaps it was just bad luck. The AC broke during the heatwave. They kindly upgraded me to Hotel Cocoon HB. Unfortunately I found the lack of free coffee at this place very odd. The room was large, but one of the bedside lamp was not working. Bathroom (shower) smelled like sewage in the first three days. Overall it wasn't a nightmare, but I don't think I will be back.

    A/C broken, tv broken, we stayed for 4 nights and the room wasn't cleaned once. The only good thing was the staff were friendly and it was close to the train station. It's unfortunately beside a bunch of strip clubs and casinos so that attracts a certain crowd.

    Tiny tiny room and the bathroom door doesn’t fully close I can’t have imagined staying here as a couple. Expensive for what it is

    Convenient locations and rooms are very comfy. Staff are welcoming and passionate. However, I guess the hotel promotes "eco-friendly" or "green", so that's why the air-con is just like a fan and is not cool enough, especially in mid-Aug. Not a good choice during summer :(
