Wonderful house in a quiet urbanization in the center of Marbella, on the Golden Mile. Three-storey house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, porch, garden, barbecue, two parking spaces. Beautiful decoration, near shopping centers and the Congress Palace that you can walk to. Beach 500 meters 10 minutes walk. Next to playgrounds, supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, gas stations.

Desde há 15 anos que alugamos casas em Marbella e este ano tivemos a sorte de encontrar a casa ideal para passarmos as nossas férias em família. Esta casa num condomínio fechado, situada num bairro chique e muito sossegado onde nem se ouvem carros, com o Corte Inglês a 200 metros e a praia a 600, casa moderna e bem equipada com tudo e de muito bom gosto! Tem com ar condicionado em todos os quartos e na sala, tem bons materiais de cozinha, as camas são confortáveis e tem no jardim uma boa churrasqueira. Recomendamos vivamente esta simpática casa!

Maison très bien entretenue et bien équipée. À 5 mn d un super marché et moins de 15 mn à pied de la promenade du bord de mer . Bonne exposition double . Hote très disponible à l écoute .

Our group of 5 adults spent a week at the property in June 2017. We were very comfortable and felt at home almost immediately. The house is very charming and tucked away in a gated compound. Location was ideal for us - old town is a pleasant 25 - 30 min walk along the beach front or through the internal streets, the beach is a short walk away, and puerto banus is a short drive away, There are several cafes nearby and a big supermarket right in front of the property in El Corte Ingles. The kitchen is very well equipped and we prepared meals together every day of our stay. There are pleasant outdoor areas where we enjoyed drinks and meals throughout the day. Internet worked very well in all rooms including the basement room. Myriam was a pleasure to deal with and I would be more than happy to stay here again in the future. Please note that there is a school nearby which may be a little noisy if you like to sleep in late, this was not an issue for us as we were always awake before the schools break time.
