Location, easy to walk almost everywhere.

The bed sheets could be better, didn’t have shower gel , I did buy and left. And also the water pressure, not ideal..

Situé à 2 pas du coeur de Santa Maria, au calme avec une vue mer incroyable et une terrasse incroyable. Denilson est adorable. Petit frigidaire très pratique.

Anthony, le propriétaire est très réactif et arrangeant. Denilson, qui vivait à l'étage du dessous était adorable et a répondu à toutes nos attentes et besoins. On a apprécié que chaque chambre ait sa salle de bain et un air-conditionné qui fonctionne très bien. L'appartement est bien situé.

Nous n'avions pas vraiment compris que l'étage du dessous (dont la cuisine) serait partagé et occupé : mais ça n'a pas posé de problème. L'absence de porte entre la sdb/toilettes et la chambre. La pression qui baisse dans la douche quand qqn d’autre dans l'appartement en prend une. Matelas de lit très minimaliste, et housse de matelas trop petite. Quelques éléments du mobilier gagneraient à être changés (petite poubelle sdb, une des deux chaises longues sur la terrasse).
