Eugenio is amazingly helpful.. although he is not onsite all the time..he was always reachable and never far away..anything I asked for help with as a solo female traveller he tried his best..from organising taxis for me to the airport and organising a pick up from the botanic gardens..He truly is an amazing manager/ host. Thank you Eugenio

The fact that local street guys seemed to hang out in the dark street in front of the house and were very loud not realising that people were trying to sleep there..

The location was great. However the room was on the ground floor which meant we weren't able to have the window open at night due to loud people talking on the street. Fortunately there was air conditioning.

When we got there, they let us into the room, but housekeeping was still working on the room, which was awkward. It was apparent that an incident had occurred in the room, because the housekeeper was sweeping up broken shards of various room decor when we arrived. A lamp had been shattered and ornamental art has a monkey torn off. Also the floor was still dirty. My friend "found" shards of glass in her feet.
