Modern clean hotel. Sort walk to beach.

Had problem while checking in, booked comfort but given standard room, had to go back & forth showing the booking i have and tell them i want the room i booked, its a big difference between the two rooms, the excuse was that the hotel was full 😂 so we were given a different room instead which did not make any sense, almost like a crime.. paid for something but had to fight getting what i paid for! But sorted at the end and somehow i got an upgrade because of this. Breakfast was great, staff was okay too. Balcony was not clean at all.. so we did not use the sun lounger because it was full of dust.. Shower was broken on the first day, told the reception to have it fixed when we left to do our quad tour, and she was very clear about sending the handyman to fix it, came back from the tour and it wasnt fix, we were full of dust and couldnt shower! Quiet confusing.
