It was a great experience staying in this Aparthotel. We had a small problem with AC, and the owner immediately gave us another room. Rooms are cleaned every day, breakfast was tasty and covers variety of food. Everything we needed was solved immediately and the staff is friendly and professional. Location offers variety of nearby beaches, beach bars and restaurants, and it is close to the beautiful city centre.

The general hotel staff were fantastic. They were all very friendly, helpful, and made a genuine effort to be welcoming throughout our stay.
The hotel is average but functional. It has all the basic amenities you need for a stay and was perfectly fine for what we needed.
The owner was very unfriendly from the moment we arrived. He was incredibly short with his words, never smiled, and lacked basic hospitality.
We were relaxing in our room waiting for a taxi and didn't realize checkout was at 11:30 am (it was never mentioned to us). At 11:35 am, the owner knocked on our door with a grumpy, rude face just saying "So?". When I apologized and realized it was checkout time, he snapped back with "Don't you know?" and walked off.
While the staff were great, the owner's rude and upset demeanor made us feel unwelcome. It’s a shame that five minutes of lateness resulted in such an unprofessional confrontation.
