Apartment Kameo with terrace

We were so thrilled to have booked this apartment for our stay in the Old Town - it is less than a minute's walk from the hustle & bustle, whilst being in a quiet nook of the city, tucked away by the walls. It is right by the maritime museum and an entrance to the city walls, and there are some really great restaurants nearby. Antun greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment, which was incredibly clean and had everything we needed (including laundry tablets, washing line, many towels available, body wash, great kitchen facilities.) The bed was comfortable and the air con worked well.

Not an issue for us, but this apartment is not really appropriate for those with mobility issues as you access it via fairly steep stairs (which is something you find throughout the city), plus, as there are no cars in the Old Town, you need to get your luggage from the city gate across cobblestones. As the apartment is just beneath the city walls, people walking across them can look down to see you if you are sitting on the veranda/patio.

The hosts were exceptional! Awesome location and a fantastic stay.

Great location in a quiet spot of the old town, right under the old city walls. This is an excellent apartment with plenty of space and feels like it’s been recently decorated. Lovely owners too. Having a private terrace was very welcome to have a little peace to drink coffee and read a book in the sunshine.

Not easy to find despite the details sent by the owners. Would be nice to have a sun umbrella or other kind of shade for the terrace
