Setup, location

Fantastic location in the heart of the Old Town with everything in walking distance. Great apartment with plenty of space for a family and having both bedroom areas and lounge space meant we weren't in each other's way.

Nothing to complain about, the odd minor power cut but this was explained in the information and easy to fix.

The lockbox was located just beside of the door. Clear instructions were sent before check-in. Friendly staffs

We had to pay a €500 deposit through their own web service to receive the check-in instructions. Everything was clear, but there was a bit too much information to go through. Lots of automated messages and details about the property during our stay, which felt a bit overwhelming while on holiday. The check-out instructions mentioned that guests are expected to take out the rubbish before leaving, which caused some confusion and required extra communication to resolve. The apartment had a washer, but no washing powder was provided. There are many stairs to access the property. No lift.

Amplio y cómodo apartamento. Excelente ubicación. El desayuno incluido, era en un café cercano muy bueno.

Después de reservar piden 500 euros de garantía por si hay daños. Al terminar la estancia retornan el dinero.
