The stuff organisation is not very good,the water in the indoor pool was cold and we need to pay €10 per person as guest

I was there only one evening and both the night shift and morning shift were incredibly polite and helpful! The kitchen had already closed when I arrived, but the receptionist/barman made me a sandwich so I din't have to go to bed hungry! The barman and receptionist are the same person and actually still managed to be very efficient! The rooms were well air conditioned, exceptionally clean and comfortable! Although I did not have time for a swim, the pool looked very nice!

There was nothing I did not like! I only wish I hadn't been so rushed!

. We booked a suite for two adults and one child. There was no bed for the child, no extra sheets for the child. There were towels for two persons. The sheets and robes were dirty. There were dead bugs all over the room.

Great place!

Our favorite hotel in Xanthi. Away from the city centre which is great! Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. Quiet... We'll definitely visit again.

Bad option to stay

The entrance and reception area as well as the staff that are trying their best. Very friendly

This place is heavily outdated. The facilities are very bad and honestly the owners should seriously consider re-inventing this place to be something else that a hotel. Heating was very bad as well. Design in the room and furniture as well as lighting was very depressing Even the name of the property is irrelevant and out of context. Breakfast was very poor

Le chalet has good location 10-12 minutes to Xanti by car. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, beds are really confortables. There is a free parking. We really appreciate the breakfast. If you want to spend good vacation in calm and relaxed atmosphere you can probably booked Le Chalet.

Location, breakfast and size of the room

I ve been to this hotel twice and the room they gave us the second time was number 210. It was in a dark corridor (it took them 2 days to start turning on the light) and always had a bad smell of sweat!! First of all in times of pandemic and especially when the hotel is not busy you should be spreading the customers a bit more. Secondly you could use some air freshener. I wonder how the people that cleaned the room or walked through the corridor didnt notice or never did anything about the bad smell.

The location is superbe, the restaurant is very good looking, the food is tasty and the personnel is very warm.

The furniture and the bathroom are a little bit obsolete.
