Lovely little town. The garden apartment was clean and had everything you would need for a few a short stay. It offered gorgeous mountain views and a lovely outdoor seating area. It is also conveniently located to the bus and train stations, as well as Interlaken. The hosts were friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating, and they personally met us upon arrival, which made check-in easy. They also provided guest cards for free bus rides, which was a great bonus. Overall, it’s a great place for a short stay if you can handle the heat and noise from the cows.

Unfortunately, the noise was quite difficult to manage, so bringing earplugs is a good idea. The apartment faces a small field with cows wearing large bells that move back and forth all day and night, which made it hard to sleep or simply enjoy the evening. It was also very hot in the apartment, so I would suggest providing a fan for guests.

Beautiful location, views were amazing. You can cook so that saves money. The guest cards which provides free transportation within certain zones.

The power switch off early one evening and there was no one at home to assist us, and we could not reach the host on the telephone number provided. We asked a long time before our visit if we can leave one night earlier (3 instead of 4 nights) - but the host requested payment for 4 nights (when we made the reservation we requested accommodation with a free cancellation option) The flat was cold - the host provided us with a small heater.
