Постель сушится на улице,а рядом теплицы ,их наверное обогреватель,поэтому постель пахла дымом.

I was thrilled to find that my room was on the ground floor, making it incredibly easy to access. This was a huge plus since I didn’t have to lug my suitcase up any stairs, and I could come and go without any hassle. In fact, the main door was always accessible, so I felt free to enter or leave the property whenever I wanted. The host lived just upstairs and was super friendly and helpful – it was reassuring knowing that if I needed anything, assistance was right there, yet I still had plenty of privacy. Inside the apartment, the living room had a large sofa bed that was fantastic for relaxing. I often stretched out on it for a cozy afternoon rest after exploring the city. When it was time to sleep at night, the separate bedroom’s big double bed was exceptionally comfortable. I had some of the best nights’ sleep there because the mattress was just right – it truly felt like I was sleeping in a cozy home rather than a rental. I also appreciated the ample storage space. There were big built-in wardrobes that easily fit all of my belongings. This meant I could unpack completely and organize my clothes, making the place feel even more like home. On top of that, the host provided thoughtful extras like a hairdryer, an iron, and even a vacuum cleaner. Those might seem like small details, but they showed how much effort was put into making guests comfortable. Knowing I had everything I might need – from touching up my clothes to a quick clean-up – was very convenient. The free high-speed internet was another huge highlight of my stay. I was online often (for both work and streaming movies), and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable the entire time. Overall, this accommodation checked all the boxes for a comfortable stay. It truly provided everything I needed and more, making it a perfect home away from home during my time in Yerevan. I left feeling relaxed, satisfied, and very happy with my choice to stay here.

space or rack next to the kitchen sink for placing washed dishes. There was a small dish rack, but it didn’t quite do the job. Also, in the bathroom, when water spilled near the toilet area, there wasn’t a floor drain for it to flow out. So we had to use a mop to dry it manually. Not a big issue, but adding a drain there would definitely make things easier.

Location is nearby the airport so good for a quick transit. Clean room and kitchen. The owner, Tigran was very friendly and prompt with his response. We had a morning flight and arrived earlier than check-in time. Tigran and his mom was very accommodating and provided us an alternative room at their family home to wait and rest till they cleaned up the apartment and it was ready for check-in. There is a big supermarket within walking distance that’s open 24 hours and is very convenient with pharmacy, bakery and all basics available.

The entire apartment lacks any kind of air conditioning or fan and the entire place gets very hot during summer. It was super uncomfortable and hot to sleep at night even with the window ajar, the air flow was very poor. A dog in the neighborhood kept barking all night long. overall it was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. The shower drain was clogged and flooding the shower area.
